Yes — every Briarwood cleaner is fully vetted, referenced, and trained to our internal quality and safety standards. We also maintain comprehensive liability insurance, giving our clients complete peace of mind whether the job is residential, commercial, or clinical.

2. Do you provide your own cleaning products and equipment?

Yes, at the client's discretion. Our teams are fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning materials and machinery. All products are COSHH-assessed and used in compliance with UK Health & Safety regulations. Clients may also request eco-friendly alternatives where preferred. Additional costs apply.

3. Can you clean medical or clinical environments safely?

Yes. Briarwood specialises in clinical and healthcare cleaning, including GP surgeries, dental clinics, and private medical centres. Our operatives are trained in infection control, cross-contamination prevention, and CQC-aligned cleaning protocols.

4. How do you price your services?

Our pricing is completely transparent. We assess the size of your property, the type of clean required, and the condition of the space before providing a detailed quote. There are no hidden fees — everything is agreed upfront.

5. How much notice do you need to book a clean?

For most services, 48 hours’ notice is ideal. However, we can often accommodate urgent or next-day requests, depending on your location and service type. Larger post-construction cleans are best booked in advance.

6. What happens if something isn’t cleaned to standard?

We take quality control seriously. If any area doesn’t meet your expectations, simply let us know within 24 hours — our team will return promptly to re-clean at no additional cost. We stand by our work, every time.
